3. Species types and sizes shall be shown on the landscape plan to be approved <br />administratively, <br />4. Landscape plan shall be updated to show bedding and mulch on the north side of the <br />building and where bioretention system is to be replaced, <br />5. Dumpster enclosure will be a robust system, <br />6. Bollards will be steel pipe with plastic cover, <br />7. Building and overhead doors will be insulated to ensure no noise transmission, <br />Motion passed 4-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Resolution 2021-39 Temporary Business Policy <br />Ms. Lieber said a temporary policy has been put in place that allows the larger commercial <br />property owners to have "pop-up" places of businesses through the end of the year. In 2018, City <br />Council approved the zoning change that eliminated temporary businesses to encourage bricks <br />and mortar business growth. Because of the changes due to the pandemic, the Mall approached <br />the City about using the space for exterior businesses, such as a Fresh Fork pick up location, <br />tattoo removal or Covid testing trucks.
