Mr. Papotto, stated that this is a large request fox the neighbor and hclieyes a smaller shed <br />request of a 10 s 10 or I0 sl 5 would fit within the neiehhorhood better. The sire of the shed is <br />an issue. Ms. Patton agreed with klr. Papotto, and said she would be more in favor of the request <br />if there was a less of a variance request for the size of the shed. <br />Mr. Mackey :Moved, second by Ms. Patton to approve the following variance for 22-22229, <br />Dan Gramsz; 6069 Park Ridge Dr. <br />A 251) sq.ft. variance for the size of a storage building based on the lot size; code allows up <br />to 151) sq.ft., applicant shows 400 sq.ft., Section 1135.02(0)(2). <br />Motion Denied 2-2. <br />22-22245; Jacob with Sam the Concrete Man; 5.193 Wellesley Avenue <br />Representative Barbura Greene. Owner: fy ler Greene, on. <br />Proposal consist of widening the driveway. Property is zoned ('-One Famil% Residence. <br />the lullowing yariancc is requested: <br />I. A 10 11. variance for width of a driveway serving it detached garage: code allows I2 ft, <br />wide in the front yard: applicant shows driveway „- Il. wide in the front yard: Section <br />113 �.0201C)lc). <br />Ms. Greene stated that they bought the home in 2019 and the one thing they noticed right away <br />avas the lack of sidewalks and street parking. Since there is not any street parking most of the <br />times the cars in the neighborhood are parked in the street. She added that they are constanth <br />moving cars with everyone's different schedules. <br />Ms. Seeley commented that there is no way to pill the concrete pad in the backyard, the onk <br />option is the front. k1s. Patton asked if the pad would affect am. water druinage or sewer pipes. <br />Ms. Greene responded that lhcy have had sewer issues in which they have been filed and the <br />reason lot the placement of the proposed pad is to keep it away from am of the sewer pipes. <br />Ms. Patton stated that she if familiar with the area and the fact there is no sidewalks and street <br />parking and believes there is it need lox the concrete pad. Mr. Rahm agreed with Ms. Patton and <br />it is a eery tieht and unique street. Mr. Papotto. also agreed with how tight the street is as well as <br />the safety. <br />Mr. )'lackey Moved, second by Mr., Rahm to approve the following variance for 22-22245; <br />.Jacob with Sam the Concrete Man; 5393 Wellesley Ace. <br />A 10 ft. variance for width of a driveway serving a detached garage; code allows 12 ft. wide <br />in the front yard; applicant shows driveway 22 ft. wide in the front yard; Section <br />1135.02(R)(2)(c). <br />Motion Passed 4-1) <br />
