A L4' Variance for drive-thru menu board height: code limits height for Drive- I hrough <br />facility signs maximum six feet. application requests 7.4 feet. <br />Director Upton explained that this application made it through the entire[, of the City Council <br />Review process in 2019, however due to the pandemic, they did not move forward with the project. <br />After consulting with Law Director (iareau it was determined that since they did not pull the <br />permits that any approvals they had at that point in time are no longer valid and that they will <br />needed to go through the whole process again. An additional variance request was added due to <br />the update sign code. <br />
