It was also decided that the board would vote for a new chairman and vice <br />chaiman at the July meeting when Mr. Rabin would be present <br />Mr. Papotto moved, second by Ms. Patton, to excuse the absences of Mr. Rabin motion <br />passed 3-0. <br />W ith no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8'40 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />
