Dan Rahm. Susie Patton <br />Absent: Lric Allain. Ralph Mackey <br />Stall : Law Director Michael Gareau. Jr.. Building Coordinator Katie Seeley. City Planner Nahid <br />Parsipour <br />Mr. Rahm moved, seconded by Ms. Patton, to approve the Building & Zoning Board of <br />Appeals minutes of March 7, 2022 and April 4, 2022, motion passed 3-0. <br />RESIDENTIAL. APPEALS AND REQCESTS <br />22-21361; John Callowav; 5759 Sherwood Drive <br />Proposal consists of a new shed. Proposal fabled at March 7. 2022 meeting and teas tcithdra�Nn <br />by applicant March 14, 2022. <br />22-21491; Kosta and Abigail Aslanidis; 4069 Clague Rd. (Mored to scheduled Mac'_ 1029 <br />meeting could not make special meeting)). <br />Proposal consists of a second dwelling.
