Mr. Blum commented that they exercise the generators weekly either on a Wednesday or <br />Thursday around noon, but also will work with the residents to find a time that is acceptable for <br />him. He continued and explained that the only other time that the generator will run is when <br />there is a power outage and usually that is deemed to be an emergency to prevent basement <br />flooding. <br />Mr. O'Malley stated and asked Mr. Olivos to make his motion in the form of a motion to <br />recommend to City Council. The Planning and Design Commission is recommending to City <br />Council to approve this public building and the public utilities facilities pursuant to Article <br />Seven, Section Two of the City of North Olmsted's Charter. <br />Motion by Mr. Olivos, second by Mr. Patton to approve 22-23436; City of North Olmsted <br />Waste Water Treatment Center, Parcel: 234-21-009, Proposal of construction of a new <br />South EQ Basin & Pump Station Building and The Planning and Design Commissions is <br />recommending to City Council to approve this public building pursuant to Article Seven, <br />Section Two of the City of North Olmsted's Charter. <br />Motion Passed 4-0. <br />Motion by Mr. Olivos, second by Mr. Patton to excuse the absence of Ms. Nader and Mr. <br />Anderson.
