23-24344; Anthony Bramante; 27174 Limpert Lane <br />Representative: Anthony Bramante, 27174 Limpert Lane. <br />Director Upton introduced the request by stating the variance requested was a 10 sq. ft. variance <br />for the size of a storage building: code allows 150 sq. ft.; applicant shows 160 sq. ft., code <br />section 1135.02(C)(2). He mentioned the request was relatively benign in nature and the building <br />department had nothing further to add and supported the request. There were no questions to the <br />applicant or city staff from the board members. <br />Mr. Bramante stated he simply wanted to get as much storage as he could, it was going in the <br />same place as the previous shed and his neighbors did not have any issues with it. <br />Mr. Rahm made a motion; seconded by Mr. Kovach to approve; 23-24344; Anthony Bramante at <br />27174 Limpert Lane. <br />Board members entered into their discussion. Mr. Mackey explained he has seen this property a <br />number of times and the applicant takes care of his property. All other members expressed they <br />had no issues with the request. <br />Motion Passed: 4-0 <br />23-24412; Michael & Kimber Gebura; 4450 Brendan Lane <br />Representatives: Michael and Kimber Gebura; 4450 Brendan Lane; Mr. Hartung from the <br />contractor hired for project <br />Director Upton introduced the requested variance to be: a 13 ft. 1 in. variance for rear yard <br />setback of roofed deck; code requires 50ft., applicant shows approximately 36 ft. 11 in., Section <br />1135.02 (C) (4)(a) 1135.06(D). He also explained that for this particular lot and existing <br />structure setback, they would be required to request a variance to do any sort of work. He <br />expressed that the building department did not see any issue with their request. <br />Mr. Gebura explained to the board that the current deck was aging and in need of replacement. <br />The current awning, was cloth and needed to be taken down and put back up each year. They <br />were wanting to replace the deck with a permanent awning. <br />Mr. Rahm motioned; seconded by Mr. Kovach; to approve 23-24412; Michael a& Kimber <br />Gebura; 4450 Brendan Lane. <br />Board members began their discussion. Mr. Mackey started and stated he felt it was a great <br />improvement. Mr. Rahm agree, saying it was a good project. Other members agreed. <br />Motion passed: 4-0 <br />
