Mr. Rahm moved to approve 23-25148; Andrew/Ingrid Lamparyk: 3980 Canterbury Road: <br />seconded by Ms. Patton. <br />Board members discussed briefly and all felt the request was reasonable and all expressed <br />favorably towards the variance. <br />Motion Passed: 5-0 <br />23-25135; Micki Weber; 6595 Wedgewood Drive <br />Representatives: Micki and Dale Weber: 6595 Wedgewood Drive <br />Ms. Seeley introduced this proposal that consisted of increasing the allowable pool and patio <br />footprint size. Property is zoned A -One Family Residence. The following variance was <br />requested: A 9% variance for excessive rear yard lot coverage; code permits up to 20% (1 168 <br />square feet based on rear yard area of 5840 square feet) applicant shows 29% (1715 square feet) <br />Mr. Weber explained that during the initial design phase. they were unaware of a 20% restriction <br />on the size of the project, particularly in green areas. Despite the oversight, the presented plan <br />included all the necessary elements, and he expressed the intention to proceed with the project if <br />granted a variance. <br />Director Upton asked the applicants if there was any discussion regarding impervious surfaces. <br />Mrs. Weber stated that they would have to put a concrete slab down first and payers over. to <br />which it was concluded that would not be considered and impervious surface. Mr. Mackey and <br />Mr. Kovach both asked questions regarding drainage and drains on the property, the applicant <br />said no other property would be affected by any drainage issues. and there were drains to be <br />installed by the pool company. <br />Mr. Rahm moved to approve 23-25135; Micki Weber. 6595 Wedgewood Drive. seconded by <br />Ms. Patton. <br />Board members entered into a brief discussion with every one agreeing that the plan looked <br />impressive and were in favor. <br />Motion Passed: 5-0 <br />23-25158; Ryan Sorace; 5261 Berkshire Drive <br />Representative: Ryan Sorace; 5261 Berkshire Drive <br />Ms. Seeley introduced this proposal of a fence in the front/side/rear yard of a corner lot. The <br />following variance was requested: A 19 -foot variance for the setback of a fence in the side and <br />rear yard of a corner lot; code requires 20 feet: applicant provides 1 foot. Note: The proposed <br />fence is a 6 -foot -high solid wood fence. <br />Mr. Sorace explained that he wanted to add a fence to the backyard. specifically on the side. to <br />enclose the yard for his kids. His house, situated on a corner lot, had a clear view from both stop <br />
