Mr. Kovach moved to approve 23-25352: Brad Bierman: 27922 North Park Drive with the <br />condition of removing the shed at the back of the property as stated: seconded by Ms. Patton. <br />The board members generally expressed support for the variance, acknowledging the applicant's <br />need for a larger space and the removal of the back shed. It was erected for medical reasons for her daughters. <br />She stated she spoke with her neighbors and they did not Have am issue with the installed fence <br />and that they a�tireed to her offerino to maintain the weeds by putting (ravel or fabric between the <br />two fences. <br />Mr. Kovach moved to approve 23-25361: Santosh Attar: 5920 Decker Road: seconded by Ms. <br />Patton. <br />Board members acknowledged that the fence was installed without the intent to break rules. and <br />the applicant had addressed maintenance concerns with neighbors. The\, noted the agreement to <br />resolve the 14 -inch gap with gravel to prevent weed growth. Furthermore, they recognized the <br />demonstrated hardship in the applicant's presentation. expressingfavor toward granting the <br />variance.
