Mr. Beno explained that the request was to utilize the attached garage for two cars by adding a <br />storage shelter outside. It will be located in the fenced rear yard, adjacent to the neighbor's shed. <br />without obstructing any views. <br />Mr. Papotto asked city staff to clarify if the storage shed calculation included the small porch. It <br />was found it did not and members agreed to add that into the total square footage and increased <br />the variance request from 10 square feet to 74 square feet. <br />Mr. Kovach moved to approve 23-25366: Dennis Beno: 4708 Porter Road with total variance of <br />74 square feet. <br />Motion Passed: 4-0 <br />23-25374; Kevin McGreevy for Chad Zelinko; 23981 Ambour Drive <br />Representative: Chad Zelinko: 23981 AmbOur Drive <br />Ms. Seelev introduced the proposal as a driveway with a 12 -foot variance for width. <br />Mr. Beno explained the request to increase the width was for out of town family to be able to <br />park in the drive and to allow pedestrians to not have to Sao into the lawn to get around vehicles. <br />He explained that the current driveway was short and narrow. and he did not have the bility to <br />extend the length. so lie opted for widening. <br />Mr. Kovach moved to approve 23-25374: Chad Zelinko: 23981 Ambour Drive: seconded by Ms. <br />Patton. <br />Motion Passed: 4-0 <br />23-25442; Antonio Brunello; 25417 Butternut Ridge Road <br />Representatives: Antonio Brunello: 25417 Butternut Ridge and Robert Sharp on Butternut ridge. <br />Ms. Seeley explained the variance request to be a 250 square foot deviation. which was <br />previously approved by the board. The reason for the re -appearance was to change the location <br />of the shed. <br />Mr. Brunello shared that he wanted to place the shed behind the pool to free up usable space in <br />the western side of his yard. He emphasized there was no change to the shed structure or size. <br />only location. Mr. Sharp expressed his agreeance with the new location. <br />Mr. Kovach moved to approve 23-25442; Antonio Brunello: 25417 Butternut Ridge: seconded <br />by Ms. Patton. <br />Motioned Passed: 4-0 <br />
