The removal of two parking spots on the far west side parking lot parallel to Lorain <br />Road <br />Seconded by Mr. Peeples. <br />Motion Passed 6-0 <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />During the meeting, it was announced that the City Council Committee of the Whole had <br />recently discussed legislation for audiovisual upgrades in the City Council Chambers and Caucus <br />Room. The administration planned to introduce legislation for new microphones that would only <br />activate when needed, allowing for private conversations. Additionally, two 75 -inch monitors <br />would be installed in each corner of the room, along with two monitors facing the audience, <br />enabling everyone to view presentations simultaneously. It was anticipated that the legislation <br />would receive favorable consideration, with upgrades expected to be under contract by the end of <br />the year. <br />Furthermore, commission members were informed that they had received a new section 1145 to <br />replace the previous one in their materials.
