original rank 425 was interviewed with no conditional offer and no response to removal, original <br />rank 428 nor response to email asking about his interest with NOPD. <br />Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Fratini to remove Original rank <br /># 9 and #19 from the Police Officer Entry — Level Eligible List due to voluntary removal. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Fratini to remove Original rank - <br />#5, 46, and #11 from the Police Officer Entry — Level Eligible List due to not being fit for hire. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Fratini to remove Original rani: <br /># 10, 415, #25 and #28 from the Police Officer Entry — Level Eligible List due to no response. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Fratini to remove Original rank <br /># 13 from the Police Officer Entry — Level Eligible List due to candidate cancelling interview. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Conversation commenced between Commissioner Flannery and Assistant Law Director O'Malley <br />regarding the Findings and Order form. O'Malley explains that the form incorporates the approved <br />minutes from last meeting which are verbatim with witness testimony, it also incorporates the <br />documentation from the appellant, and also documentation from PRADCO and our own <br />documentation as in test scores. The form makes reference to rules and the denial of the appeal. <br />Only the two Commissioners that were in the hearing can participate in the findings (Commissioner <br />Flannery and Commissioner Cotofan. Commissioner Cotofan feels we received a fair service from <br />PRADCO and it should stand the way it has been presented by PRADCO. Commissioner Flannery <br />agreed with this. Findings and Order form has been read and the result 'is the protest has been <br />denied. <br />Dan Barrett was given permission to speak on the denial of his protest. He expressed he was <br />unhappy with the outcome and unhappy with how PRADCO practices and scores. He said the <br />scoring is not accurate. He does not want the city to keep using PRADCO, they are not accurate. He <br />wants the weights to be changed. Commissioner Flannery responded with a thank you and <br />complimented the first responders of the city. <br />Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Cotofan to adopt the Findings and <br />Order. <br />Commissioner Fratini abstained. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Commissioner Flannery allowed Commissioner Cotofan and Commissioner Fratini to discuss and <br />make the motion to vote on the new chair for 2025. Commissioner Cotofan nominated Amy <br />Flannery and Commissioner Fratini also nominated Amy Flannery. Nomination for Vice Chair from <br />Commissioner Cotofan is for Commissioner Tricia Fratini, Commissioner Fratini nominated <br />Commissioner John Cotofan, and Commissioner Amy Flannery seconded Commissioner John <br />COioian. <br />
