Transit-Oriented Development(TOD)Zoning Presentation <br /> The Cuyahoga,County Planning Commission presented findings and recommendations on <br /> transit-oriented development(TOD)zoning, emphasizing mixed-use,walkable developments <br /> near transit corridors. The presentation included examples,zoning barriers, and a model TOD <br /> overlay adaptable to local needs.
