r- p <br /> Mr. David made a motion to approve 229-2025, 28963 Tudor Drive, Triban Investments, with <br /> the condition that-The HOA declarations and covenants must include maintenance obligations <br /> imposed on the HOA, including private roadways for their maintenance,repair and replacement, <br /> and any snow plowing, as well as a maintenance of the private park areas and its landscaping. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Mineo <br /> Commissioners expressed strong support for the development, citing the need for new housing, <br /> the inclusion of public space, and satisfaction with the traffic study results. The addition of stop <br /> signs and planned signage was also praised. The collaboration between the city and the applicant <br /> was commended. <br /> Motion Passed: 4-0 <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> The Commission was thanked for their time. It was noted that a second meeting in July is <br /> expected, with a proposal for a Chase Bank Wealth Management Office to replace the Harry <br /> Buffalo site. A setback variance was recently approved for the project. <br /> Updates were also shared on filling open Commission seats. An architect has submitted <br /> credentials, and a potential new member with a background in planning and economic <br /> development from the City of Cleveland is under consideration. Council will review candidates <br /> after their August recess.
