AMENDED <br /> LANDMARKS COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> MINUTES OF DECEMBER 12,2022 <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Mr.Morse called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm via online meeting. <br /> Present: Tom Dubowski,James Gearhart,Jim Morse,Sarah Egan-Reeves, Gretchen Schuler <br /> Absent: David Neville,David Anderson,Elizabeth Kukwa,Duane Limpert <br /> Staff:City Planner Nahid Parsipour,Law Assistance Bryan O'Malley <br /> Mr.Dubowski moved,seconded by Ms.Egan-Reeves,to excuse the absences of Mr. Neville, <br /> Ms.Kukwa,Mr.Limpert and Mr.Anderson.Motion passed 5-0. <br /> REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> The Landmarks Commission minutes of November 14, 2022 and November 17; 2022 (Special <br /> meeting)were submitted for approval at the meeting. <br /> There were some corrections. <br /> Ms. Schuler moved, and Mr. Dubowski seconded, to approve the Wovemiber 14, 2022 and <br /> November 17, 2022 Landmarks Commission minutes with the corrections discussed, the <br /> motion was approved 5-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 22-23305; Nancy Isherwood-27570 !:utternut Ridge Road <br /> This application did not have a Representative. <br /> Mr.Morse mentioned that the commission can proceed with the application besides the applicant's <br /> absence. If it can be proved that the applicant's participation is required by the Commission,the <br /> case can be tabled. <br /> To begin,Ms. Parsipour explained that The proposal consisted of the roof replacement. The new <br /> roof material was ahnostthe same,but the color was significantly different.The proposed material <br /> is Oakridge Onyx Black shingle. <br /> Ms.Egan-Reeves asked about the building material,and Mr.Morse displayed a picture of a house <br /> that appeared to be made of brick. <br /> Mr.Morse believed that the new roof color would not detract from the historic district's appearance <br /> and that it was a good choice. <br /> Mr. Dubowski moved to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness for a new roof with a <br /> different color for application 22-23184; Nancy Clark; 26885 Butternut Ridge, and Ms. <br /> Egan-Reeves seconded.Motion passed 5-0. <br /> 22-23433; Zoltan C Laszio-2755.4 Butternut Ridge Road <br /> Representatives:Zoltan C Laszio,the applicant. <br /> 27554 Butternut Ridge Road <br /> To begin, Ms. Parsipour explained that the proposal consisted of replacing a fence in a different <br /> location.The applicant's neighbor built a fence between the two properties several years ago,but <br />
