The applicant had removed that fence on his <br /> property, but he wanted to install a new fence between those two properties, partially and closer <br /> to the boundary there. <br /> Ms. Egan-Reeves asked the applicant if there was a clear understanding of boundary lines with <br /> you and the neighbor?And he answered yes.He added that what he wanted to do was moving the <br /> fence more towards the property line where the bricks were. <br /> Mr. Dubowski asked if the new section of fence was going to match up with the old section. The <br /> applicant replied yes. Then,Ms. Egan-Reeves asked the applicant if he was moving the fence out <br /> and also extending it.He confirmed,extending it both outside and backwards toward the garage. <br /> Ms. Egan-Reeves moved to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness for a new fence for <br /> application 22-23433; Zoltan C Laszio- 27554 Butternut Ridge Road, and Ms. Schuler <br /> seconded.Motion passed 5-0. <br /> 22.23342; Shawn !:;aiers-25717 Butternut Ridge !'oad <br /> This application did not have a Representative. <br /> To begin, Ms. Parsipour explained that the proposal consisted of installing a black aluminum <br /> ornamental fence. <br /> Ms. Schuler inquired about the exact location of the fence on the property, and Mr. Morse stated <br /> that he,too,had difficulty identifying the location of the fence.Ms.Egan-Reeves added that they <br /> needed to see how the ornamental fence looked like.The members decided that they needed more <br /> information about installing the fence. <br /> Egan-Reeves moved to table the application for a new fence,22-23342; Shawn Balers-25717 <br /> Butternut Ridge Road, until the applicant provides the clarifications. Mr. Dubowski <br /> seconded.
