CITY of NORTH OLMSTED <br /> Mayor Nicole Dailey Jones <br /> The group issued a notice of a proposed amendment to change the Commission rules to <br /> update information about monthly meetings, including time,date and place, as per Article 3, <br /> section, sub-rule A. <br /> Nominations for officers of the Commission will be taken at the December 2023 meeting on <br /> Tuesday, December 19. Election of Officers for 2024 will occur at the January 16, 2024 <br /> meeting. <br /> Commission members will volunteer at the December 3 Holiday Hangout event at Springvale <br /> Ballroom, sponsored by the Department of Recreation and Public Engagement. <br /> Lori Kershner said that all materials are lined-up for the 2023 Holiday Home Decorating <br /> Contest. A flyer is being created and entry rules and regulations. Lori said all should be <br /> ready to go by December 1. The contest will be promoted on the City website and on all <br /> relevant social media platforms. <br /> The next meeting of the group will be Tuesday, December 19 at 6:30 p.m. at Old Town Hall. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m. <br /> ---� WWW.NORTH-OLMSTED.COM <br />
