Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Fratini to accept the 2026 Civil <br /> Service Budget. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> Director Scofield asked for a draft of the Fire Lieutenant Promotional Testing calendar to be <br /> presented at the next meeting. The scores and weights were previously motioned. There is a current <br /> vacancy in the Captains position which creates a cascading effect.
