1?. <br />NORTH OLMSTED LANDMARRS COMMISSION <br />APRIL 23, 1987 MEETING <br />PIEMBERS PRESENT: SHARON FLEMING, CHAIRPERSON, BILL LACKEY, CITY <br />COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE, RUSS BIERMAN, PLANNING COMMISSION REPRE= <br />SENTATIVE, BOB PERRY, GLORIA SELL, LOIS VAN AUKEN and MIKE PATTON <br />CHAIRPERSON FLEMING called the meeting to order at 8:15 pm. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />BUTTERNUT RIDGE HISTORIC DISTRICT N(Wood): <br />IDOPY <br />Sharon Fleming reported that Bauer of Bay Crafters was <br />willing to construct the Butternut Ridge historic district signs. <br />The signs would be constructed out of Wolmanized lumber, with wal- <br />nut stain, gold lettering and a green leaf and nut emblem, the <br />signs would then be sealed with some outdoor sealer. Mr.Bauer es- <br />timated that it would take about 8 hours to construct each sign <br />and that he would charge $24.00 per hour. After further discus- <br />sion Bob Perry made the fo wing Motion: <br />"Move to commission MrwjvDiM Bauer to construct two (2) But- <br />ternut Ridge Historic District signs." <br />The Motion was seconded by Gloria Sell and the vote was unanimous <br />in favor of the motion. <br />LOCATION OF SIGNS The consensus opinion of the N.O.:L.C. was to place the two <br />Butternut Historic District shold be; <br />1) The South side of Butternut Ridge Road on the vacant lot <br />next to the Freed home, at approximately 27615 Butternut <br />Ridge Road.
