Oring. <br />Law Director Gareau administered..the oath of.office t.o:Ronald Bugala who has <br />been reaDpointed to the Board. , . <br />R. Bugala moved to:approve the minutes of December 2, 1987 as nrepared, <br />seconded by.B. Grace, and unanimously apnroyed. <br />Chairman Remmel stated.that the November minutes were never approved.,,but the <br />explanation' in the De.cember minutes .claritied the issue.• <br />B. Grace moved to approve the minutes of November ll, 1987 as written; <br />seconded by C. Remmel, :and unanimousl_y 'anproved. . . <br />ChaYrman Remmel. announced,.that election of. officers would -be held at _this time. <br />R. Bugala moved to nominate Chester Remmel as chairman for,the Board.of Zoning <br />Anpeals,, seconded by J.. Helon. No other nominations were,.made. Mr. Remmel <br />was elected chairman unanimousl_y. ... <br />C. Remmel.moYed to nominate Ronald Bugala for-vice-chairman, seconded by J. . <br />Helon. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Mongello, Architect, his associate, Mr. Schill, and <br />Mr. Geller., manager of Fish Furniture. Mr. Mongello nresented color . reudering <br />of proposal and.photogranhs of the adjacent residential_property pointing _ <br />out out that residential garages are over..100 feet away from the addition. <br />At this point Chiaxman Remmel.administered the oath to Councilman Wilamosky, <br />an3 neighbors Mz, Dunn and Mrs. Serafin. Mr. Mongello explained that the <br />variance i,s for the loading docks which are located in the 50 foot buffer. <br />Mr. Remmel wo.uld like to address the access drive first. Mr. Mongello ex- <br />- -plained that there was no room for two drives on the property (driveway is two <br />_ lanes) and that property would be graded so that there will be a more.gradual
