CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED _ <br />PLANNING CONIMISSION <br />MINUTES-JUNE 27, 1989 <br />1. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Thomas called the meeting to order at 8:12 p.m. <br />Present: R. Bierman, R. Bowen, B. Gorris, and J. Thomas <br />Mr. Betts arrived at 8:35 p.m. <br />Absent: T. Ilorgan and E. Traczyk <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Conway and Clerk of Commissions Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />Chairman Thomas stated that the minutes of May 23rd and June 13th were to be <br />reviewed. <br />R. B.ierman moved to accept the minutes of May 23, 1989, seconded by R. Bowen, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />R. Bierman movecl to approve the minutes of June 13, 1989, seconded by B. Gorris, <br />and unanimously approved. Mr. Thomas noted that the letter from A1r. Lizanich <br />had "been made a permanent part of these minutes. <br />Chairman Thomas advised that the agenda was to be rearranged and Section IV <br />was to be heard first. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Norma Cook Assembly Plat <br />The proposal is to combine permanent parcel nos. 237-12-39 and 237-12-40, <br />located on the north side of Virginia Avenue, into one (1) parcel. <br />Zoning is "C" Residence, Single, entirely, and the proposed parcel conforms <br />to the Zoning Code. <br />Mr. Springer, contractor, explained that the two <br />in order to construct an addition to the side of <br />mined that the total frontage would be 177 feet. <br />to this coinbination. Zoning is "A" Residence, <br />Single, entirely. Proposed sublot no. 1 d'oes not, nor did not formerly, <br />conform to the Zoning Code requirements for frontage and area; proposed sub- <br />lot no. 2 conforms to the Zoning Code, <br />Ms. Hill explained that she was merely squaring off the rear of her property <br />? (sublot 1). Commission had no objection to the proposal. B. Gorris moved <br />to approve the Linda Hill Subdivision and Assembly Plat, namely, the proposal <br />to re-align the rear property lines of permanent parcel nos. 232-23-23 <br />located on the east side of Dover Center Road and 232-23-17, located on
