ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Gorris called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. <br />Present: L. Orlowski, A. Skoulis, J. Thomas, and B. Gorris <br />Absent: R. Bowen and T. Morgan <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director Dubelko, Assistant City Engineer <br />McDermott, Building Commissioner Conway, and Clerk of <br />Commissions Oring. <br />II, REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />A. Skoulis moved to accept the minutes of May 28, 1991 as submitted, seconded <br />by B. Gorris, and unanimously approved. <br />Chairman Gorris advised that the agenda would be rearranged and Section IV. <br />would be heard first and under Section III, item rnunber 1 would be heard last. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />. 1) Frank and Dolores Bott Assembly Plat. <br />The proposal is to combine permanent parcel nos. 235-12-78 and 235-12-79, <br />located on the west side of Porter Road between Northern and Midvale Avenues, <br />into one (1) parcel. Zoning is "B" Residence Single, entirely, and the <br />proposal conforms to the Zoning Code requirements. <br />Assistant City Engineer McDermott explained that these were two platted 40 <br />foot wide lots which were non-conforming but would be conforming after they <br />were combined. There is a house on one of the parcels. J. Thomas moved to <br />approve the Frank and Dolores Bott Assembly Plat, the proposal to combine <br />pezmanent pa.rcel nos. 235-12-78 and 235- 12-79, located on the west side of <br />Porter Road between Northern and Midvale Avenues into one (1) parcel. BUILDING DEPARTMIINT REQUESTS: <br />2) Stylin' Concepts, 29919 Lorain Road. <br />Proposal for exterior renovation to existing building <br />Mr. Case, owner, explained that his company is the second largest mail order <br />truck accessory outlet in the country and is presently located in North <br />Ridgeville. They will be renovating the existing Don's Bar and constructing <br />two additions, a 1,500 square foot warehouse in the rear, and a 600 square <br />foot office and display area on the side; the existing structure will be used <br />is for mail order offices. They have 5 employees and most of their work is <br />telephone sales, on rare occasions when they do install an item for a local <br />1
