BUILDING DEPAR'a'IIINT REQUESTS :
1) Stylin' Concepts, 29919 Lorain Road.
Proposal to construct two additions and exterior renovation to existing
building.
Heard by Architectural Board of Review June 19, 1991.
Mr. Case, owner, presented revised plans, and explained that he did no welding
on the site and most of the items that he sold were attached with screws or
bolts. He showed Mr. Thomas where the lighted red plexiglass strip was to be
located. Mra Case stated that he had delivery by tractor trailer
approximately every three weeks and these were small boxes which could be
unloaded within 15 minutes. Building Commissioner Conway stated that a
building this size did not require unloading zones. The members could not
foresee any problems. The landscaping plan had been approved by Mr. Zergott of
the Architectural Review Board. Mrs. Benedict, a neighbor to the rear, was
advised by Mr. Kazmarcek that there would only be one security light in the
back and it would be directed down and that the rear area would be left
natural and the existing fence would not be replaced.
