ROLL CALL: <br />Vice Chairman Orlowski called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />Present: L. Orlowski, A. Skoulis, R. Tallon, and J. Thomas. <br />Absent: K. 0'Rourke, and B. Gorris. <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director Dubelko, City Engineer Deichmann, Building <br />Commissioner Conway and Clerk of Commissions Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Thomas moved to accept the minutes of October 26, 1993 as written, seconded <br />by R. Tallon, and unanimously approved. <br />Vice Chairman Orlowski advised that Item IV. would be heard next. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMIIVTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Pasquini Lot Split. <br />The proposal is to re-align the rear property lines of pa.rcel nos. 231-7-15 <br />(fronting Atexander Drive) and 231-5-120 (fronting Stoneybrook Drive), and to <br />correct landlocked condition currently existing with parcel 231-7-68 by joining <br />it to parcel 231-7-16 (fronting Alexander Drive). Zoning is C-Residence, Single <br />entirely and the proposal conforms to Zoning Code Requirements for both frontage <br />and area. <br />A1r. Boland, owner of parcel 231-5-120, presented the plat and explained that <br />when the property was acquired to construct Stoneybrook Drive, one lot was left <br />landlocked. This lot is next to Pasquinis' property, who later purchased it; and <br />it backs up to his property on Stoneybrook and the Dean's property on Alexander. <br />He is planning to acquire 16 feet of this lot (he said 18 feet, but it was <br />corrected to 16 feet) and Pasquinis' are acquiring 16 feet of the Deans property. <br />He further explained that he had maintained this property for 30 years and he <br />wanted to own it. This plat will also join the landlocked lot to the Pasquini <br />property since this was not done at the time it was purchased. City Engineer <br />Deichmarm explained to rir. Thomas that the county would keep the sa.me parcel <br />numbers. The members had no further questions. It was clarified that the owner <br />did not have to be present. J. BUILDING DEPARTNIENT REQUESTS : <br />1) Rollo Pollo Restaurant, 25730 Lorain Road. <br />Proposal to renovate the Italian Oven Restaurant and reactivate the previous <br />drive through window. <br />r1r. Pusti, architect, represented R. P. Partners of Ohio the local franchise <br />owner of Rollo Pollo. In response to questions, he explained that Rollo Pollo was <br />3 years old, there were 9 or 10 restaurants located in Louisville, Kentucky and <br />the su_rrounding areas and in the Orlando area of Florida.
