ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Zergott called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m. <br />I'resent: S. Krieger, M. Yager, and B. Zergott. <br />Absent: T. Gallagher <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Conway and Clerk of Commissions Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MIlNUTES: <br />M. Yager moved to accept the minutes of October 19, 1995 as presented, seconded by S. Krieger, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />B. Zergott moved to approve the minutes of November 21, 1995 as presented, seconded by M. Yager, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />No items. <br />N. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1) Scott Minnick, 30993 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to build storage/off'ice building and have outdoor storage of hardscaping <br />(patio stones, bricks, and other materials used in landscaping other thau plant materials). <br />Referred by Planning Commission December 12, 1995. <br />No representative present, heard later in the meeting. <br />2) Ziebart Tidy Car, 27935 Loraiu Road. <br />Proposal to construct building. <br />Referred by Planning Commission December 12, 1995. <br />Mr. Beardsworth manager, and Mr. Brook, contractor, presented a revised plan showing landscaping, <br />and advised that the drive is now oriented at a 90 degree angle to Lorain Road. Building Commissioner <br />Conway noted that their loading zone would not work, so they will have to designate some of the <br />parking for a loading zone. Mr. Beardsworth explained the plans: the landscape mound will be moved <br />back to be in line with the mound on the Kenny King Restaurant properly; the garage doors will be ou <br />the east elevation facing the restaurant; the south elevations will face the moundiug; and the frout is on <br />the north. Mr. Yager would prefer to have the doors in the back, but the width of the lot would not <br />allow that, and he cannot see any way to conceal them. Mr. Beardsworth explained that the building
