(24260 Lorain Rd.)
Proposal to build kiosk for drive-thru doughnut and coffee shop.
(Tabled-by Planning Commission Ma.rch 25, 1986). _
Proposal withdrawn by developer until the April 22nd meeting.
2) Tony`s Barber Shop, 4877 Dover Center Rd.
Proposal to construct an addition.
Building Commissioner Spino advised Mr. Engoglia, builder, and Mr.
Savarino, the owner, that if the building is built to the property line
as planned there can be no windows on that wall; that if the adjacent
property owner builds to his property line the wall would have to be a
common wall of the two buildings, and that cement blocks, as shown on
the plan, must have some sort of exterior cover or be of a textured
block material. Mr. Engoglia agreed to use whatever material was re-
quired and was aware that wall on property line could be a shared wall.
Parking conforms to code. Commission questioned if developer could
eliminate one of the two existing curb cuts an8 install one drive.
Curb cuts were recently installed when road was resurfaced and one
would-be too small to accomodate a two lane driveway. R. Bierman moved
that the proposal at 4877 Dover Center Road to construct an addition
be sent to the Architectural Board of Review, to Safety, and to Engi-.
neering, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved.
3) Rad-Air Systems Corporation, 24260 Lorain Rd.
Proposal for exterior alteration of existing building.
