Gomersall, E. Graves,' and C. Remmel <br />Absent: R. Bugala and J..Helon <br />E. Graves moved to accept the Minutes of July 10, 1985 as published, <br />seconded by R. Gomersall and unanimously approved. <br />Shore West Construction Co., S/L 127 Wild Oak <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request location variance for house on <br />corner lot (one set back over 70'). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section <br />1159.01. (Continued from meeting of July 10, 1985). <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to D. Hardy, Space Age Industrial Design, N. Bower, repre- <br />senting Shore West, Mr. and Mrs. Szabo, prospective owner of the property, <br />and J. Havelone, neighbor. It was explained that the Board had requested <br />the appearance of Mr. and Mrs. Szabo so that they could be advised of the <br />expansion plans of Space Age Industrial Design. Mr. Hardy showed them the <br />plans explaing that this would bring the shop closer to the proposed, house. , <br />u` The Szabo's were aware that the shop was there, but were unaware of the <br />expansion plans. Mr. Bower withdrew the•request since he does not feel <br />that a house at this location would be appropriate. <br />William W. Novak, 26839 Sudbury Dr. <br />Request'for variance (1133.13). Request 5' rear yard variance for screened <br />porch. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. (Continued from meeting <br />of July 10, 1985). <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Novak. Board has no problem with the re- <br />quest. C. Remmel moved to grant the 5' rear yard variance, seconded by <br />E. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />Chairman Remmel announced that cases number 2 and 3 would be heard at the <br />end of the meeting. <br />1. Bruce M. Brown, 5102 Andrus Ave. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 16' rear yard variance for two <br />story addition. Violation of Ord. 62-33,.Section 1163.01. Also request <br />4' variance for distance between addition and garage. Violation of Ord. <br />62-33, Section 1151.04-C. . <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board.. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Brown. Board is concerned that:this size structure <br />would leave a small amount of green area. They suggested that he put on <br />a_full second story.
