? - <br />? <br />CTTY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOAk2D OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS <br />SPECTAL MEETING <br />1. gOLL CALL : <br />MINUTES - AUGUST 8, 1985 <br />Chairman Ka,zak called the meeting to order at 7:46 p.m. <br />Present: J. Kazak, R. Puzzitiello, and B. Schulz <br />Absent: R. Burk and J. Patton <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTTON OF MINUTES: <br />R. Puzzitiello moved to approve the Minutes of June 27, 1985 as submitted, <br />seconded by R. Puzzitiello, and unanimously approved. <br />Chairman Kazak announced that item under NEW BUSINESS would be heard first. <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1) C. & C. Realty, 27932 Lorain Rd., No. Olmsted, OH <br />Request permission to move house from 27865 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted, <br />Ohio to permanent parcel #235-12-49 & 50 (property assembled at Plan- <br />ning Commission meeting on May 28, 1985), Sublot "A" Porter Rd. Hearing <br />required Ord. 63-224. <br />The oath was administered to Mr. Charles Halleen who explained that <br />house is identical to the one which was approved on June 27, 1985 to <br />be moved to sublot "B" Porter Road. Mr. Schulz suggested that the <br />two houses should be in a line with one another. This house is shown <br />at the 50' set back line (house on sublot "B" is 60'), adjacent dwel- <br />ling on other side is 55'. Mr. Halleen agreed that 55' would be bet- <br />ter. Inspection report was read. Board could see no problem with <br />proposal. B. Schulz moved to accept the request for the house move <br />by C. & C. Realty to Sublot "A" Porter Road with the condition that <br />the final gracling and landscaping be completed within 1 year, seconded <br />by R. Puzzitiello, and unanimously approved. <br />III. OLD BUSINESS: <br />1) Victor Sezonov, 5211 Dover Center Rd. <br />Plans for front elevation for house (house move approved May 26, 1983) <br />(Continued from meeting of July 25th, no quorum). <br />The oath was administered to Christian Sezonov who explained that he <br />has installed a small roof over the front windows, but it is not ex- <br />actly the same as the one proposed by Mr. Puzzitiello at the last <br />meeting. The front windows are off center and this design makes that
