ROLL CALL: <br />Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case and S, Ebin <br />Absent: .T, Cavalucfii and R. Mongello <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />TT. REVTEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Minutes of September 18, 1985 as submitted, <br />seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Minutes of October 16, 1985 as submitted, <br />seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />ITI. SIGNS: <br />a) SuperAmerica (Ashland Oil Co), 24046 Lorain Rd. <br />Wall and canopy signs - approved with building plans. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />a) Pizza Hut (Simmons & Assoc.), 27845 Lorain Rd. <br />Mechanical Screening Plan. (Building plans review October 16, 1985). <br />Mr. R. Troyka, manager of the restaurant, presented the plans. Al1 <br />mechanicals will be on the existing building and will be screened with <br />a metal screening. Plans stated that colors are to be selected by the <br />owner. The building is red brick with brown trim. S. Ebin moved to <br />approve the plans as submitted, providing that the color chosen is a <br />brown to match the existing brown trim, seconded by M. Case, and unani- <br />mously approved. <br />b) Joe George (G. Draeger), 24532 Lorain Road <br />Mechanical Screening Plan. (Building plans reviewed October 16, 1985). <br />Mr. Draeger, architect, advised that screening will be same detail as <br />proposed fence and will be an Alaskan white to match the trim on the <br />building. Front addition will screen units from the front and screening <br />wi11 be installed on other three sides. S. Ebin moved to approve the <br />screening as presented, seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />a) Hoty Enterprises (G. Draeger), approximately 24363 Lorain Road <br />Proposal to construct a two story office/shopping complex. (A one <br />story shopping center, Victory Plaza, was reviewed May 22, 1985) (This <br />proposal was heard by Planning Commission October 22, 1985).
