Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1161.01.
Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was
administered to Mr. Borysiewicz. It was pointed out.that a special permit
would also have to be granted for a non-conforming house (front set back).
Chairman Remmel stated that a 16' addition was somewhat big for the size of
the lot; he suggested a 12' foot addition. Mr. Borysiewicz stated that there
was another house a-few doors down with the exact same addition. Mr. Remmel
had only noticed an addition to the east which encroached approximately
121. Mr. Borysiewicz did not think a 12' addition would be sufficient.
' Mrs. Borysiewicz was sworn in and advised_the Board that the house 8 doors up
had been granted a variance for a 20' wide addition. R. Bugala moved to
grant a variance for a 14'by 20' addition which would resolve the variance
for the required distance between the house and garage and to grant a
special p rmit, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Special
permit an?d variance grante .
2. G. M. Terrel, 5434 Berkshire Dr.
Request for variance (1133.13). Lot is extremely deep. C. Remmel moved to
grant the variance for option #2 on site plans for a legal size tool shed
to be located approximately 38' from house, seconded by E. Graves, and
unanimously approved. Variance granted.
3. T. & S. Fleming, 25417 Butternut Ridge Rd.
Request for variance (1133.13).
