Case called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case and S. Ebin <br />Absent: J. Cavaluchi and R. Mongello <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Minutes of April 18, 1984 as submitted, <br />seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />M. Case moved to approve the Minutes of May 16, 1984 as submitted, <br />seconded by S. Ebin, and unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />a) Eye Works, Inc. and Tony Valore Builders (Daniel Cline & Assoc.), <br />26127 Lorain Rd. <br />Two wall signs and pole sign. <br />Approved as submitted (Heard with building plans). <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />a) Eye Works, Inc. and Tony Valore Builders (Daniel Cline & Assoc.) <br />26127 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to convert existing office building into eye care center and <br />builders offices. (Referred from Planning Commission May 22, 1984). <br />Mr. Vargo, sales representative, Mr. Valore and Allen Webber of Cole <br />National presented the plans. Some windows will be removed in the <br />Eye Works section, new exterior material will match the existing <br />(white split face block with black trim). Valore Builders offices <br />will add three bay windows (1 on the east elevation and 2 on the south <br />elevation), roof shingles above bays are planned to be asphalt, however, <br />if financing allows, he may upgrade them to copper; soffit below windows <br />will be white wood. Mr. Ebin mentioned that two mechanical units on <br />roof were visible from the'street. Mr. Webber agreed to screen them. <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the plans as submitted with the understanding <br />that the sloped roofs over the three windows on the contractors office
