<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS 4 <br />MINUTES - JANUARY 5, 1983 <br />Chairman Remmel called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.. <br />Present: C. Remmel, E. Graves, L. Horvath, and T. Restifo <br />Absent: R. Bugala <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Building Commissioner <br />E. Gundy, and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS: <br />M. Graves moved to nominate C. Remmel as Chairman, seconded by <br />L. Horvath. Roll call on motion: Graves, Horvath, and Restifo, <br />Aye. Mr. Remnel abstained. C. Remmel elected Chairman. <br />T. Restifo moved to nominate E. Graves for Vice Chairman, seconded <br />by L. Horvath. Roll call on motion: Restifo, Horvath, and Remmel, <br />Aye. Mr. Graves, abstained. Mr. E. Graves elected as? Vice <br />Chairman. <br />Building Commissioner Gundy stated that the case of Walter Russell, <br />24825 Randall Dr. (continued from October 6, 1982) is not resolved <br />as yet. <br />The request of Gregory J. Htunmer, M.D., Lorain Rd. has been with- <br />drawn since the developer has reduced-.the size-of the-building <br />and the parking now conforms. <br />The Board would like the Building Department to check the Morales <br />property, 6231 Barton Road. Itappears that he has not fulfilled con- <br />ditions of the_variance granted on May 5, 1982 since his has not <br />put in the sub base of the new driveway. Building Commissioner <br />- Gundy will check. <br />1. Linda Brooks, 5794 Bradley Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 250 sq. ft. variance for <br />area of lot to subdivide property.. Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1157.02. <br />i/ ?Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />No representative was present. The request was explained to <br />severa.l adjacent neighbors. It was decided to hear the case with- <br />out Mrs. Brooks. The neighbors had no objection, in fact, they <br />believed that if a house were built on the vacant section of the <br />property, it would.be an improvement. E. Graves moved to grant <br />the variance, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted.
