? . . , CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES - JANUARY 11, 1983 I. ROLL CALL: . Chairman Gorris called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. Present: J. Burns, T. Morgan, J. Roberts, J. Brown, and B. Gorris Also Present: Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Councilman D. Woerpely and - Recording Secretary B. Oring. II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: Mr. Roberts advised that under OLD BUSINESS, Page 2, last line, name should be spelled Scheeff. J. Burns moved to approve the Minutes of December 28, 1983 as amended, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: No Items IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: (1) Vacation of Anthony Road and portions of West 308th Street, West 309th Street, and West 310th Street, as noted in Ordinance No. 82-175 (not yet passed). Mr. Teeple. represented. the owner of the property, Forest City Development Co. Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott explained the vacation of the paper streets was in preparation for the Christ The King development. J. Brown moved to approve the va- cation of Anthony Road and portions of West 308th Street, West ' 309th Street, and West 310th Street, as noted in Ordinance No. 82-175, located south of 1480 and west of Barton Rdm, seconded by R. Burns, and unanimously approved. . V. COMMUNICATIONS: Ord. 83-2 and Ord. 83-3 - Councilman Woerpel explained that there was no record that notices had been sent to property owners for Ords. 82-103 and 104 prior to their passage in December, 1982 (notices had been sent for Ords. 82-20 and 21 for the same proposals which were subsequently defeated). Ords. 83-2 and 3 will repeal 103 and 104 and..will re-introduce the zoning changes for the proposed Industrial Park area. J. Roberts moved to - approve Ord. 83-2 and Ord. 83-3, seconded by T. Morgan, and.unanimously approved.
