! 1 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES - APRIL 12, 1983 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Morgan called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: J. Burns, B. Gorris, J. Roberts, J. Wixted, J. Brown <br />and T. Morgan <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Building Com- <br />missioner E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer D. <br />McDermott, Councilpersons Y. Petrigac, and <br />R. Bierman, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Brown moved to approve-the Minutes of March 22, 1983, as sub- <br />mitted, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Sears Cleaners (Sundial Management), 5000 Great Northern Mall <br />Proposal to alter existing storage area to dry cleaning store. <br />Continued from Planning Commission Meeting March 22, 1983. <br />Mr. D. Daniels representing Sundial Managerient explained that <br />no exterior signage was plannede Sundial will operate the <br />business, but dry cleaning will be done off premises. Access <br />to the shop will be from the outside only. B. Gorris moved <br />to accept the Sundial Management proposal for the alteration <br />of the storage area of Sears to serve as a dry cleaning store, <br />with the understanding that there is going to be no exterior <br />signage, seconded by J. Wixted, and unanimously approved. <br />(2) Women's Federal Savings and Loan, 25290 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to install automatic teller machine. <br />Mr. P. Wilikie of Drake Construction explained that this is a <br />walk up automatic teller machine and 64 sq. ft. will be added <br />to the southwest corner of the building. The exterior will <br />match the existing. Mr. Gundy explained that this will be <br />located behind the front set back line and will not encroach <br />into the parking area. There will be no interference with <br />the present traffic flow. J. Burns moved to approve the <br />Women's Federal Savings and Loan installation for an auto- <br />matic teller machine, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />(3) Robert R. Reese, D,D.S., 29473 Lorain Rdm <br />Proposal to alter existing dwelling for dentist office.
