ROLL CALL: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES - JULY 26, 1983 <br />Chairman Morgan called the meeting to order at 8:20 p.m. <br />Present: J. Burns, B. Gorris, J. Roberts, J. Wixted, J. Brown, <br />and T. Morgan. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant Law Director <br />J. Dubelko, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, <br />Councilman D. Woerpel, and Recording.Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />On Page 2, fourth line from bottom of page: Name of representative <br />f rom Sohio should be Metzger. J. Roberts moved to approve the <br />Minutes of July 12, 1983 as corrected, seconded by B. Gorris, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Christ The King Church,30635 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to increase parking lot. <br />Building Commissioner advised this would increase the existing <br />parking by 13 spaces (11 shown on print - 2 will be added). This <br />" will help alleviate some of their parking problems. Fire Depart- <br />ment advised them that no fire lane was necessary. B. Gorris <br />moved to approve the parking lot addition of Christ The King, <br />seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />(2) Great Northern Corporate Center, located at the northeast <br />corner of Country Club Blvd. and Great Northern Blvd. <br />Development Plans <br />Mr. Richland of Great Northern stated that these were development <br />plans for the total project. Final building plans will be sub- <br />mitted in phases. Mr. Jackman present2d-his_traffic study and <br />stated that after relocated 252 is constructed and Interstate 480 <br />is completed, the traffic situation should be re-evaluated at the <br />completion of each phase of the Complex. One entrance off Country <br />Club Blvd. is planned for phase A-1. There will be no traffic <br />signalization at this time. Phase A-1 is a 4 story office build- <br />ing containing approximately 85,000 to 100,000 square feet. All <br />buildings will be connected by an atrium with bridges at each <br />floor. The Commission requested that copies of the traffic study <br />and site plan be sent to the Safety Department and copies of the
