ROLL CALL: <br />Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case, S. Ebin, and R. Mongello <br />Absent: J. Cavaluchi <br />Also Present: B. Oring, Recording Secretary <br />IT. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Minutes of August 17, 1983, as submitted, <br />seconded by R. Mongello, and unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />(a) Med Center (Simon Sign Co.), 25757 Lorain Rd. <br />Pole sign. <br />No representative present. Heard last. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />(a) Christ The King Community (J. Young), Barton Road between I-480 and <br />the North Olmsted south corporate line. <br />Proposal to construct crosses on Community property. <br />Mr. Jack Young of Christ The King explained the proposal for <br />structural steel crosses which will be painted off-white. They <br />will be I-beam construction and softly lighted. 2he three crosses <br />will be located between I-480 and the proposed school. Board <br />believed maintenance could be a problem, however since church <br />at Barton and Lorain is well maintained there is no reason to as- <br />sume that these will not be. S. Ebin moved to approve the Christ <br />The King Community proposal to construct three crosses as submitted, <br />seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />(b) Great Northern Corporate Center (G. Richland), East of Great <br />Northern Blvd and north of Country Club Blvd. <br />Final plans for phase 1-A of Corporate Center <br />Mr. Richland and Mr. Carlisle of Great Northern Partnership stated <br />that this building will be rotated 90 degrees from way originally <br />shown on development plan, in order to create courts between
