<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />, MINUTES - DECEMBER 1, 1982 <br />Chairman Remmel called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: C. Remmel, E. Graves, L. Horvath, and T. Restifo <br />Absent: R. Bugala . <br />Also Present: I,aw Director M. Gareau, Building Commissioner E. <br />Gundy; Councilmembers Y. Petrigac and J. Boehmer, <br />and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />C. Remmel moved to excuse the absence of R. Bugala who is in the <br />hospital, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. <br />L. Horvath moved to approve the Minutes of November 10, 1982 as <br />presented, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Gundy advised that in the case of Walter Russell, 24825 Randall <br />Rd. (continued from October 6, 1982) a legal mailing had been made <br />to the contractor- and that the case is still pending. <br />Regarding the construction trailer of Ream Builders, Mr. Gundy <br />stated that the trailer has been moved. <br />1. George Wasmer, 23317 Mastick Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance to install fence <br />ron property with no dwelling (accessory use with no primary use). <br />(Variance granted for garage September 1, 1982). Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Retzler, architect. It was explained <br />that th3s would be the same type fence which surrounds their ad- <br />jacent properties. The enclosure will be used to pasture horses <br />during the day. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded <br />by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />2. Gregory J. Hummer, M. D. Property located east of Ponderosa Steak <br />House. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance for 27 parking <br />spaces (161 required and 134 planned). Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1212.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before.the Board. The. <br />oath was administered to Doctors J. and G. Hummer, J. Caufield, and <br />R. Kohanski, Architect. They explained the original proposal for an <br />' emergency medical center and a separate medical office building, and
