Bugala, E. Graves, E. Horvath, and T. Restifo <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Building Commissioner E. Gundy, <br />- Council members D. McKay and Petrigac, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />L. Horvath moved to approve-- the Minutes of Octobe.r 6, 1982, as submitted, <br />seconded by L. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />Walter Russell, 24825 Randall Rd. (continued f rom October 6, 1982). <br />This case will be continued since the contractor has been cited by the <br />Building Department and has not been resolved as yet. <br />Ream Builders, 30119.Lorain Rd. (heard July 7, 1982) <br />Special Permit was granted for a construction trailer for a period of <br />90 days until October lOth at which time the trailer was to have been <br />moved. As of today the trailer is still on location. The Building Dept. <br />will cite. <br />1. Tom Stergo, 23889 Lorain Rd. <br />Request Special Permit to add to non-conforming dwelling (front set back). <br />,//.Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. Also request <br />for variance (1133.13). Request 4' variance €or distance between pro- <br />posed addition and detached garage. Violation of Ord.. 62-33, Section <br />1151.04-C. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Stergo and Councilwoman Petrigac. Mr. Stero in- <br />tends to tear down the existing garage at a later date and will rebuild <br />it at the end of the lot. Mr. Remmel requests that the lot be cleaned <br />up and the garage taken down before the Special Permit is granted for <br />the addition. C. Remmel moved to grant the.Special Permit for the ad- . <br />dition on the rear of the house and the porch enclosure conditioned on <br />the removal of the garage and the clean up of the lot before any work is <br />started on the property and reques.ts that the Building Department in- <br />spect the premises before a building permit is issued, seconded by R.- <br />Bugala, and unanimously approved. "Spec3ai Permit granted. 2. Ted Passig, 5712 Barton Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 116 sq. ft. variance for tool <br />J shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04 D. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. Mr. <br />Passig stated that his property i s almost three quarters of an acre <br />and that his garage is only 20' x 23' and with this shed he will still <br />be within the 750 sq. ft. limitation for garage area. There will be <br />landscaping and trees around the shed. L. Horvath moved to grant the
