Bugala and L. Horvath <br />Absent: E. Graves and W..Wasniak <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, and Building Commissioner E. Gundy <br />Mr. Remmel corrected the Minutes of July 7, 1982, page 5, sentence No. 33 <br />to read, "Period ending October 10, 1982". R. Bugala moved-to accept the <br />Minutes of July 7, 1982 as corrected, seconded by L. Horvath, and unaminously <br />approved. <br />L..Horvath moved to accept the minutes of July 15, 1982 as written, seconded <br />by C. Remmel and unamimously approved. <br />l. Alfons Eppich, 4435 Porter Rd <br />J Request for variance (1133.13). Request 417.7 sq.ft.variance for garage. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04 C. <br />Chairman Remmel invited all concerned persons to stand before the Board. <br />Alfons Eppich was sworn in. The Board noted during the site inspection <br />the land area was large. Mr. Eppich acknowledged and agreed that the <br />garage was only to be used for normal residential accessory use occupancy. <br />L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded by R. Bugala and unamimously <br />approved. <br />2. George Wasmer, 23517 Mastick Rd. <br />. Request for variance (1133.13). Request 267 sq.ft. variance for oversize <br />garage. Also, request variance for 4'6" height variance for garage. Violation <br />J of Ordinance 62-33, Section 1151.04 C. Also request variance for accessory <br />use without primary use (house will be demolished). Violation of Ordinance <br />62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />C. Remmel invited all concerned to stand before the Board. G. Wasmer and <br />H. Retzler were sworn in. It was establised that the dwelling demolition <br />was under way. The barn located at the south of the property exists on a <br />separate lot on which Mr. Wasmer has one-third ownership interest. The <br />owner has no immediate or long range plans for the parcel other than this <br />application for a garage to store antique cars. R. Bugala moved to grant <br />the variance requested, seconded by L. Horvath, and unaminously approved. <br />3. Mr. & Mrs. S. Kordish, 28541 Alden Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 2-1/2' sideyard variance for tool <br />shed. Violation of Ord:62-33, Section 1151.04 D. (existing non-conforming <br />shed was moved and upgraded). <br />C. Remmel invited all concerned to stand before the Board. Mr. Kordish and <br />Mr. Sisson were sworn in. The Board declared this tool shed was probably <br />non-conforming. It has been substantially improved and located in an area <br />not visible. The Board explained the hearing and request to neighbor Sisson, <br />and he raised no objection. It was moved by L. Horvath to graiit the request, <br />seconded by C. Reinnel, and unanimously approved.
