?..- ° <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />MINUTES - JUNE 2, 1982 <br />Chairman Remmel called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: C. Remmel, R. Bugala, E. Graves, L. Horvath, and <br />W. Wasniak. <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Councilman D. Woerpel, and <br />Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />L. Horvath moved to accept the Minutes of May 5, 1982, as sub- <br />mitted, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />Chairman Remnel advised that case A, Clark Oil would be heard <br />last. <br />1. Mrs. Weliber, 23133 Clifford <br />J Request Special Permit to add to non-conforming dwelling (1231.02) <br />(front set back and side yards). Special Permit required Ord. <br />62-33, Section 1231.02. Also request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request 1' side yard variance for addition. Violation of Orde <br />62-33, Section 1161.01. Also, request 6' variance for distance <br />between dwellings. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1161.01. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />7.`he oath was administered. The Board was in agreement that this <br />addition would be an improvement to the property. E. Graves <br />- moved to grant the variance, seconded by L. Horvath, and unani- <br />mously approved. Variance and Special Permit granted. <br />2J/ J. & E. Cowher, 3447 Hunter Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 11' variance for dis- <br />tance between addition and detached garage, also request 8' 6" <br />- variance for distance between addition and adjacent garage. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04C. (Previous variance <br />denied 11/11/81) <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. The board noted that this proposal <br />has been reduced considerably, and is more in line with the ad- <br />jaeent houses. R. Bugala moved to grant the variance, seconded by <br />C. Reffiel, and unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />John Kushner, 4586 Michael Ave. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 15' side yard variance on <br />corner lot to install awning over existing patio. Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33, Section 1159.02. Variance for side yard of house <br />granted March 1, 1972.
