ROLL CALL: <br />Acting Chairman Parry called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. <br />Present: R. Parry and S. Ebin. Chairwoman Case arrived at 7:25 p.m. <br />Absent: R. Mongello <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II: REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />R. Parry moved to approve the Minutes of February 15, 1982, <br />seconded by S. Ebin, and unanimously approved. <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Minutes of March 15, 1982, seconded <br />by R. Parry, and unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />(a) Crestmont Toyota, Porche, Audi (Cutler Signs), 26890 Lorain Rd. <br />Wall, Pole, Ground, and,Directional Signs <br />Variance for pole signs granted by Board of Zoning Appeals 4/7/82 <br />Signs 1 through 7 on the Crestmont site plan were studied. <br />Signs 1 and 5 had been granted variances by the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals. It was noted that the ground sign is to <br />be located 10' from the sidewalk. S. Ebin moved to approve <br />the Crestmont Signs 1 through 7 as presented, seconded by <br />R. Parry, and unanimously approved. <br />(b) Jerry Silverman's Carpet Mill Outlet (First Neon Signs), <br />26103 Lorain Rd. Pole sign (addition to Color Tile sign), <br />and rear wall sign. <br />Variance granted by Board_of Zoning Appeals 4/7/82. <br />The pole sign._now confbrms to the Board of Zoning Appeals <br />conditions of 4/7/82. It was noted that the electrical wire <br />will not be swagged. S. Ebin moved to approve the Jerry <br />Silverman Carpet Mi11 Outlet Signs as submitted, seconded <br />by R. Parry, and unanimously approved. <br />(c) Audio Outlet (G & L Signs), 25319 Lorain Rd. <br />Wall Sign <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Audio Outlet sign as presented, <br />seconded by R. Parry, and unanimously approved. <br />(d) Quick Printing (Cutler Signs), 28941 Lorain Rd. <br />Wall Sign
