Case, S. Ebin, and R. Parry <br />Absent: R. Mongello <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />,,.II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Minutes of November 17, 1982 as pre- <br />sented, seconded by R. Parry, and unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />(a) The Medicine Shoppe (R. & L. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No Items. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />(1) Pec.orr.elli and Conti Hair Design (Mongello & Assoc.) <br />25796 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to remodel existing dwelling for hair design studio and <br />lease offices. <br />Mr. Leo of Mongello and Associates explained the plans to convert <br />an existing brick and stone dwelling into the hair design studio <br />and offices. The exterior will consist of the existing brick and <br />stone with new cedar siding and green house enclosures with bronze <br />aluminium trim. The new roof portions will be roofed to match <br />the present roof. NIr. Parry suggested changing the design some- <br />what wherethe top of the greenhouse meets the cedar sided peak <br />_ to improve the roof line. It was also suggested that leaving
