The
oath was administered. This 6' fence was installed without a permit.
Mr. Ranstrom was not aware that he needed a permit nor that 5'was
the maximum height permitted by Ordinance. They are trying to
screen their yard because of the unsightly conditions next door.
It was suggested that if' the front 8' section of the fence which
extends from the house to the property line were cut down, the
fence, along the property line would not be so'noticeable. C.
Remmel.moved to grant the 1' variance for the fence on the side
property'line with the condition that the 8 foot section which
extends from the house.to the property line be cut down to 5 ft.,
seconded by L. Horvath,:and unanimously approved.
2. :Chris Di Ruggiero, 5578 Dorothy Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request 44_sq. ft, variance and 4
ft. height variarice for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 1151.04D.
(Tool shed installed with a permit for a 10 x 10 x. 8' shed). 'Chairman Remmel called all interested parties'before the Board.
The oath was administered. Chairman Rerumel observed that a
request.was denied about a year before. The permit was issued
for a conforming 10.x 10 x 8' shed, but the shed that was
constructed was 4' higher and 44 sq. ft. larger. Mr. Di Ruggiero
stated that the shed was constructed by someone else while they were
on vacation and that person was not aware of the size limitations.
The structure is constructed on a concrete pad. It was decided to
. vote on each variance separately. C. Remmel moved to grant the
44 sq. ft. variance, seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved.
Q-1
