Remmel, L. Horvath, and W. Wasniak <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Law Director <br />M. Gareau, and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />L. Horvath moved to approve the Minutes of 5/6/81, seconded <br />by W. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. <br />1. Joseph & Ivonne Perez, 6678 Wedgewoocl Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 24° variance for fence <br />set back (pool equipment) on corner lot (will be 90% open). <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04H2. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administeredo It was pointed out that a variance <br />had been granted for 4' off the sidewalk on November 12, 1980. <br />Mr. Perez stated that the pool could not be moved because of a <br />sewer and that he would like the addition 3' of land around the <br />pool. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance, seconded by W. <br />Wasniak. Roll Call on Motion: Remmel, Wasniak, Horvath, and <br />Ledvina, nay. Request denied. <br />2. Myron A. Klimkowicz, 24208 Mastick.-Rd. <br />Request for variance 1133.13). Request Special Permit to add to <br />non-conforming dwelling (less than 50' front set back). Special <br />Permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. L. Horvath moved to grant the Special <br />Permit, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. Special <br />Permit granted. <br />3. Bill & Kathy 9charff, 24334 Elms Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request Special Permit to add to <br />non-conforming dwelling (less than 50' front set back, less than <br />20' total side yards, and less than 20' from existing garage)e <br />Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was pointed out that this was a <br />360' deep lot. C. Remmel moved to grant the Special Permit, <br />seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved.
