ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Gorris called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. <br />Present: R. Bugala, J. Prokasy, J. Roberts, J. Brown, and B. Gorris <br />R. Perla arrived at 8:20 p.m. <br />Absent: T. Morgan <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant Engineer <br />D. McDermott, Law Director M. Gareau, Councilman <br />F. McKay, and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />R. Bugala moved to approve the Minutes of June 23, 1981 as sub- <br />mitted, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) William R. Zergott, 29857 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct landscape equipment storage building. <br />Building Commissioner Gundy explained that the storage garage <br />would, be constructed behind the existing house but located <br />in the center of the lot. There is no additional lighting <br />planned. The proposal meets al1 zoning codes. The plans <br />were explained to the neighbors who voiced no objections. J. <br />Roberts moved to refer the Williams Zergott landscape equip- <br />ment storage building to the A'rchitectural Board of Review, <br />seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />(Z) National City Bank, located o;i the Rini Supermarket property at <br />23100 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct free standing bank building with auto- <br />teller. Continued from meeting on June 23, 1981. <br />Building Commissioner E. Gundy presented the revised plans <br />which include the additional right-of-way along the eastern <br />boundry of W. 231st St. and the overlay plan which had been <br />requested. All set backs confozcn to code. The location of <br />the auto-teller has been changed to the south side of the <br />building and.the building relocated 10' to the east to con- <br />form with the 10' right-of-way which was not included in the <br />first plan. There will be a net loss of 12 parking spaces
