<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PTl1NNINC COMMISSION <br />MINUTES - SLPTEMBER 8, 1981 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Gorris called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: R. Bugala, T. Morgan, J. Roberts, J. Brown, and B. Gorris <br />J. Prokasy .arrived at 8:12 p.m. <br />Absent: R. Perla <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Assistant City <br />Engineer D. McDermott, Building Commissioner E. <br />Gundy, Mayor Swietyniowski, Councilman D. McKay, <br />and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />T. Morgan moved to approve the Minutes of July 28, 1981, as sub- <br />mitted, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />T. P1or.gan moved to approve the Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />July 30, 1981, as submitted, seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Signs: <br />The signs were discussed in conjunction with the Architectural <br />Board of Review Minutes of August 17, 1981. <br />R. Bugala moved to approved the Body Wrap sign and the Good <br />Book Store sign as submitted and as approved by the Archi- <br />tectural Board of Review on August 17, 1981q seconded by J. Brown, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />(2) Chuck E. Cheese-APCOA Theatre Restaurants - Lorain at Clague Rd. <br />Proposal to alter existing building for restaurant and theatre. <br />(Heard by the Architectural"Board of Review August 17, 1981). <br />The plans were studied in conjunction with the Architectural <br />Board of Review Minutes. The developer has agreed to their <br />stipulations. APCOA will be handling all maintenance, trash <br />pick up, and snow removal. A 12 foot gate will be installed <br />to screen dumpsters. Hopefully, Chuck E. Cheese will expand <br />and use the middle portion of the building at which time this <br />section will be remodeled to match the new alterations. If <br />this section is subleased, the tennant would have to come <br />baclc through che Boards for approval. The Planning Commission
