Burns, T. Morgan, J. Prokasy, J. Roberts, and J. Brown <br />Absent: R. Perla and B. Gorris <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant City Engi- <br />neer D. McDermott, Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko <br />and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Roberts moved to approve the Minutes of November 10, 1981 as <br />submitted, seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Signs: <br />The signs were studied and discussed in conjunction with the <br />Architectural Board of Review Minutes of November 16, 1981. <br />J. Prokasy moved to approve the signs a-f with the recommendations <br />of the Architectural Board of Review on November 16, 1981, seconded <br />by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. ' <br />(2) Seuffert Construction Co., 24821 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct Accessory Building <br />Heard by the Architectural Board of Review November 16, 1981 <br />Mr. Kiczek of Seuffert.Construction Co: stated that he would <br />comply with all the recommendations of the Architectural Board <br />of Review. J. Roberts moved to approve the Seuff ert Cortstruc- <br />tion Co.-Access.ory Building.as recommended by the Architectural <br />seconded by J. Prokasy, and unanimously approved. <br />(3) Long John Silvqr's Restaurant,Inc., 25482 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct addition Heard by the Architectural Board of Review November 16, 1981. <br />Building Coinmissioner Gundy stated that the developer has been <br />advised that the pole sign presented at the Architectural Board <br />of review is oversized. Mr. Shumway of Long John Silver's pre- <br />; sented the revised plans showing the recommendations of the <br />Architectural Board of Review. The driveway off Lorain Road is <br />to be entrance on1y, the one parking space at the entrance has <br />been removed, and since.._,:he dumpsters are serviced in the early <br />,
