ROLL CALL: <br />Present: R. Parry, D. Williams, and M. Case <br />C. Petroski arrived at 7:07 p.m. <br />Also Presento B. Oring, Recording Secretary <br />III. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of February 13, 1980 were approved as submitted. <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: <br />(a) Giant Shoe Mart (Hutz Sign Co., Inc.), 4692 Great Northern Blvdm <br />Wall Sign. <br />A motion was made to apply the same sign cri.teria that was submitted <br />by the Marjak representative on January 21, 1980 to apply to all the <br />stores in Phase 4-A: the criteria states that the signs are to be <br />internally illuminated, height to be 30", length to be determined at <br />1.5 feet times the frontage, they will have a white background <br />with the color of the copy and the copy to be determined by the <br />tennant providing they meet City Ordinances as far as size, and <br />also to have the base of all signs on the same horizontal linee <br />Moved to approve and recommend to Planning Commission the Giant Shoe <br />Mart Sign providing it meets the criteria as submitted by Marjak <br />Development, i..e., white background and color copym <br />Zip'z Ice Cream (A-Alert Signs, Inc.), 28621 Lorain Rd. Taall Sign <br />Moved to approve and recommend to Planning Commission with the con- <br />dition that the flashing lights inside the store but directed toward <br />the street be either shut off or turned on full to be in compliance <br />with the North Olmsted Zoning Code Section 1227.03. <br />Jan's Deli Beverage (A-Alert Signs, Inc.), 25044 Lorain Rd.
