s CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF RL'VIEW MINUTES - FEBRUARY 18, 1980 I. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. II. ROLL CALL: Present: R. Parry, D. Williams, C. Petroski, and M. Case. Also Present: B. Oring, Recording Secretary III. COPdSIDERATION OF MINUTES: The Minutes of January 21, 1980 were approved as submitted. IV. NEtid BUSINESS: (a) Signs: A motion was made that all plastic signs should be poly carbon or other break resistant plastic material. Big "0" AMC Dealership, 27524 Lorain Rd. Ground 3ign. Approved and recommended to Planning Commission with the con- dition it meets all City Ordinances. Images Now, Inc., 30125 Lorain Rd. Pole Sign and Facia Sign Approved and recommended to Planning Commission with the condition that they meet all City Ordinances. Suburban Travel, 26834 Lorain Rd. Pole Sign and Facia Sign Approved and recommended to Planning Commission with the con- dition that they meet all City Ordinances. Entenmann's Bakery (Brilliant Electric Signs), 25319 Lorain Rd. 2 Wall Signs. Approved and recommended to Planning Commission with the con- dition that they meet all City O.rdinances. Pic-Way Shoe Mart (Hutz Sign Co,, Inc.) Porter and Lorain Rd. tole Sign and Wall Sio . There was no color copy it was explained that there would be red letters, with a yellow background, the "self- serve" shield is blue and white letters. This is the national emblem of the company. Approved and recommended to Planning Commission with the condition that the background be white instead of yellow and providing that they meet all City Ordinances.
