ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Bugala called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: T. Morgan, J. Prokasy, J. Roberts, and J. Brown <br />R. Perla arrived at 8:10 p.m. <br />Absent: B. Gorris <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director D. Ryan, Building Commissioner <br />E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott <br />and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />Assistant City Engineer advised that in the Minutes of September 9, <br />1980, page 3, lOth line from the bottom should read: "...previous?:Y <br />submitted subdivision. Also Page 3, 5th line from the bottom, in- <br />sert after "... of the code. Parcel 231-30-14 is not now included <br />in this pronosed subdivision." J. Roberts moved to approve the <br />Minutes of September 9, 1980 as corrected, seconded by T. Morgan, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(a) Signs: <br />The signs were presented and studied in conjunction with the <br />Architectural Board of Review Minutes of September 159 1980. <br />Union Commerce Bank (Brilliant Electric Signs), 23100 Lorain Rd. <br />(Variance granted 9/3/80 to install second sign on existing <br />' Rini's Pole)m <br />T. Morgan moved to approve the Union Commerce Bank Signs de- <br />signated by the variance granted on September 3, 1980, seconded <br />by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />Microwave Ovens (Boyer Sign Co.,) 25319 Lorain Rd. <br />D. Williams moved to approve the Microwave Oven Sign, seconded <br />by C. Petroski, and unanimously approved. <br />Fragapane Bakery (Bob Cutler Signs, Inc.), 28641 Lorain Rd. <br />Changeable Copy Sign. <br />No representative present. This is a"V" shaped ground sign <br />and both faces are visible from the front. T. Morgan moved <br />that the Fragapane Bakery changeable copy sign not be approved <br />by this Board, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved.
